CV photos for the whole department – right at your premises

Nobody has to travel to a studio. We bring lights, backdrop and camera, set up a small studio in one of your rooms and photograph one employee at a time. Together we make a schedule with one time slot per person, so the shoot runs smoothly and nobody is away from work longer than necessary.

You get professional portraits suited for CVs, LinkedIn, intranet and website, in the same style for the whole group. Each employee picks their photo together with us on site. If you want a second opinion on the selection, someone from your marketing department is welcome to join during the shoot. The photos are then delivered in an online album.

How it works

Planning

We go through the number of people, the room and the schedule.

On site

We set up the studio and photograph one employee at a time. The photo is selected right away together with the employee.

Delivery

Retouching and online album. Delivery time depends on the package.

Standard and Premium include a photo profileA documented guide to lighting, background, angles, colour tone and retouching style, adapted to your brand. We save it and use it at every new shoot, so that photos of new employees match the rest.. The photo profile is tailored to your company and gives a consistent look across several photo sessions. It is ideal for companies that grow fast or have high staff turnover: new employees get photos that match the rest of the team, even if the next shoot is three years away.
